Prince Harry has found tapping to treat trauma.

Prince Harry has openly spoken about using tapping, also known as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), as a way to manage stress and trauma. In interviews and his documentary series with Oprah Winfrey, he described how this therapeutic method helped him process difficult emotions related to his mother Princess Diana's death and other mental health challenges. Tapping involves rhythmically tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on emotional issues, and Harry has embraced it as part of his broader effort to normalise conversations around mental health.

Tapping with a trauma-informed EFT therapist is like having a calm, compassionate guide who walks with you into the harder places — not to push, but to help you heal safely, gently, and deeply. It’s especially valuable if you’ve experienced trauma, chronic stress, or emotional patterns that keep coming back despite trying other methods.
