Medicare rebates ($87.25) are available with a valid Mental Health Care Plan from your GP. ​​

 

• ​​WorkCover counselling & reports, bring your GP referral and WorkCover claim number.​​​

​

• Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), if you hold a DVA WHITE or GOLD card, you are entitled to 12 sessions with no out-of-pocket expenses. To access this service, you will require a DVA referral form from your GP or other medical professional

​

• Open Arms, if you are a serving member, veteran, or family member, you can access therapy with no out-of-pocket expenses with a referral from Open Arms. Contact them directly to assess your eligibility, and a referral will need to be forwarded to Holistic Therapy & Counselling before booking your first session.

 

• NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed can access our services under the category of therapeutic support. Fees are in line with the NDIS funding guidelines.

• Private health insurance, please check your eligibility with your provider.

• Couples and relationship therapy are available. Please call us at 0468 466 445.

Emergency and first response services:

• Police, SES, and MRQ can access funded sessions through selfrefer.org.au with us.

​

• Ambulance and Fire Services can initially access 4 free sessions with us, and additional sessions can be approved.
