• Standard Session (50-60 min): $180 

(The Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) recommended fee is $290 with an accredited mental health social worker)

 

• Assessment & first session (80-90 min): $250, and thereafter 50min sessions for $180​​​

• Extended Session (80-90 min): $250 
  (ART sessions and deeper exploration)                        After the first session, you can do standard sessions; however, it is not recommended.

• Medicare refund ($89.50) is available with a valid

       Mental Health Care Plan from your GP. ​​

 

• ​​WorkCover counselling & reports, bring your GP referral and WorkCover claim number.​​​​​

• Open Arms, if you are a serving member, veteran, or family member, you can access therapy with no out-of-pocket expenses with a referral from Open Arms. Contact them directly to assess your eligibility, and a referral will need to be forwarded to Holistic Therapy & Counselling before booking your first session.

 

• NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed can access our services under the category of therapeutic support. Fees are in line with the NDIS funding guidelines.

• The National Redress Scheme, see online application on their website, for people who have experienced institutional child sexual abuse. Fees are in line with the Redress funding guidelines.

• Private health insurance: please check with your private health insurer to determine your insurance coverage and your eligibility.

​​

• Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), if you hold a DVA WHITE or GOLD card, you are entitled to 12 sessions with no out-of-pocket expenses. To access this service, you will require a DVA referral form from your GP or other medical professional

• Couples and relationship therapy are available.

• Ambulance and Fire Services can access four funded sessions per calendar year with us, and additional sessions may be approved.
